Morshansky Oil Extraction Plant

At the end of 2024, Morshansky Oil Extraction Plant became part of Vetin Ltd. The Oil Extraction Plant is located in the village of Ustinsky, Morshansky District, Tambov Region, and has an extensive infrastructure. The enterprise is equipped with a complex of production capacities, including a boiler house for generating steam for production purposes, a drying complex, a sunflower seed processing workshop, a sunflower cake extraction workshop, a raw material receiving area, an elevator with the ability to simultaneously store 30,000 tons of raw materials and oil storage tanks with a capacity of 4,000 tons, a modern and technologically advanced raw material laboratory and a weighing room. The plant’s production capacity allows it to accept and process up to 300,000 tons of oilseed raw materials per year, obtain up to 120,000 tons of vegetable oil, 100,000 tons of sunflower meal and 28,000 tons of granulated sunflower husk.
