Kochetovsky Oil Extraction Factory
Kochetovsky Oil Extraction Factory was founded in 2015, and in 2023 the first modernization of the production and logistics complex was carried out.
Oil Extraction Factory is one of the key players in the region, located in the Kochetovka village, Michurinsky district of the Tambov region, and has a wide infrastructure.
The enterprise is equipped with a complex of production facilities, such as a boiler room for steam generation for production purposes, an electric substation of various capacities, a complex for drying and processing raw materials, an oil pressing and extraction site, a complex for granulating meal and husk, an oil refining and deodorization workshop, an oil storage area (total volume 5000 m3), an oil drain and filling station capable of to receive or ship up to 1000 tons of oil per day, modern and technologically advanced raw materials and production laboratories, a transport workshop and a weighing room.
The production capacity of the plant makes it possible to receive and process 200 000 tons of oilseeds per year. To receive 90 000 tons of vegetable oil, 76 000 tons of meal and 14 000 tons of fuel pellets from sunflower husks.
Kochetovsky Oil Extraction Factory is capable of processing various oilseed crops, such as soybeans, rapeseed, sunflower.
The production site of Kochetovsky Oil Extraction Factory is certified according to the HACCP system, which allows ensuring food safety at all stages of production.
